DINNER BY VAUGHAN MABEE

Degustation dishes of tactile delicious exuberance. Each and every course offering up flavours that epitomise the tastes of Central Otago, while playing on the emotion of childhood memories that help shape stories of New Zealand, its history and its endemic culinary contribution. This menu will be 6 courses with numerous intriguing snacks priced at $220 per person.
 
Each course is ideally paired to current and cellared Amisfield wines as an optional extra.
 
Dinner is available from 6.30 pm on Friday and Saturday. Reservations are advised. Our wine bar is open from 6pm.
