A wine with personality and elegance. Aromas of baked pear, pineapple and perfumed white flowers. The palate is luscious with a refreshing fruit sweetness, yet has precise acidity to balance the textural weight.
Dry pinot gris, with plenty of yeast lees character giving a baked bread, brioche character to the wine. Apple and pear fruit flavours are also evident. A smooth-textured wine with weight and an appealing mouth-feel.
