On the palate specifically – a bold and full textured wine with roasted fruits mixed with a spicy autolysis, fresh pristine acidity and long finish – a lot to like. Drink now and through 2025.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir. Soft, quite rich, mouth-filling fizz with chocolate box and attractive freshly baked bread flavours. A soft-textured wine with a perfect sugar/acid balance giving a pleasantly drying finish.
