Our lunch menu is a reinterpretation of à la carte dining, cooking inspired by the unique flavours that only smoke and flame can impart on meat, fish and vegetables. These are dishes representing the work of a small group of fisherman, hunters, gatherers and farmers. By bringing their products together to epitomise the tastes of Central Otago, we highlight the relationship between the raw produce and the finished product in ways seldom seen. 

Lunch service starts from 11.30am with booking times through to 3.30pm.
