BOOKING

To make a booking we require your first name, surname, contact phone number, email address and credit card details.

We require credit card details as security for your booking. No funds will be debited from your card at the time of booking, although we do insist on a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reduction in guest numbers.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100 per person for lunch bookings and $125 per person for dinner reservations. Cancellations made outside this 24 hour period incur no charges.

Our Trust the Chef menu is prepared daily, using fresh, seasonal and sustainable produce. We hate to see these beautiful ingredients go to waste due to late cancellations and no shows. We will always try our best to accommodate any changes to your reservation but please be aware that we can only guarantee your booking if the amount of people, time and date of the table remain the same.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We will do our utmost to accommodate any special dietary requirements you may have. In order to enable us to do this we appreciate 24 hours’ notice.

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies we may need to prepare for when making your reservation.

CHILDREN

We offer a children’s menu during our lunch service. Unfortunately we do not accommodate children under the age of 12 during our dinner service. 

BILLING & PAYMENT

Please note that our policy is strictly one bill per table.
