A gastronomic leap of faith, our Trust the Chef degustation menu has been our signature since we opened. Our 3 or 5 courses for lunch and 7 courses for dinner, are designed to be paired with some of our most iconic drops so you can enjoy the full Amisfield experience.
Executive Chef Vaughan Mabee maintains that our food is pure and simple, but never simplistic, creating elegant dishes that complement our wines. He is passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients of the season, foraging from the land and using local suppliers.

Brut 2014Straw gold in colour, the nose displays fresh citrus and stone fruit characters with nuance of lemon sorbet. The palate has a zesty acidity, elegant and lean with a streak of minerality on the finish.
Sauvignon Blanc 2017Ripe tropical fruit characters and complex aromatics of citrus. Pink grapefruit and passionfruit dominate the palate with a defined mineral finish.
Sauvignon Blanc 2012 - library releaseAromas of green fruit and freshly cut hay. Fresh vibrant and complex palate with matured fruit sweetness and a powerful acid-driven finish.
Pinot Gris 2017Characters of white flesh pear with nuances of shortbread and spice. Natural acidity balances the slight residual sweetness.
Pinot Gris 2009 - library releaseAn aged Pinot Gris showing elegant lifted aromas of freshly mown hay, ginger and white nectarine with delicate fruit weight and a flinty and dry finish.
Burn Pinot Gris 2016 375mlA complex flavour profile attributed to the "orange wine" style. Intriguing depths of flavour on the palate with hints of dried berries, ginger spice, nuttiness and floral notes while offering a vigorous and fresh finish.
Dry Riesling 2016Citrus, lime and crème brûlée characters intertwine beautifully with sweetness on the palate and bright acidity.

Chenin Blanc 2016A bit of a quiet achiever in our vineyard. Vibrant aromas of citrus, sultana and green apple leading to a zingy palate with bracing acidity.
Fumé Blanc 2015Aromas of toasted coconut and dried apricots and a palate with a wealth of tropical fruits , richness, smokey complexity and a striking streak of acidity. A recommendation for drinkers of Chardonnay.
Fumé Blanc 2008 - library releaseThe first vintage released in this barrel fermented style. This wine was full bodied with plenty of toasty, smoky flint complexities from the oak barriques.

Pinot Noir 2015The current release of our signature wine. Youthful aromatic expressions of sweet red cherries, mulberries and plums lead to a complex and lingering palate. The oak is light and subtle to complement the fine grained tannins and supple acidity.
