A gastronomic leap of faith, our Trust the Chef degustation menu has been our signature since we opened. Our 3 or 5 courses for lunch and 9 courses for dinner, are designed to be paired with some of our most iconic drops so you can enjoy the full Amisfield experience.
Executive Chef Vaughan Mabee maintains that our food is pure and simple, but never simplistic, creating elegant dishes that complement our wines. He is passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients of the season, foraging from the land and using local suppliers.
