A gastronomic delight, our degustation menu is renowned for its creative use of locally-sourced, in-season produce. All dietary requirements can be accomodated and both lunch and dinner menus are designed to be paired with some of our most iconic wines to enable you to truly enjoy the tastes of Central Otago. 

Executive Chef Vaughan Mabee maintains that our food is pure and simple, but never simplistic, creating elegant dishes that complement our wines. He is passionate about sourcing the finest ingredients of the season, foraging from the land and using local suppliers.
